We are currently looking for a male Malay chef with the following attributes :
1) In charge of implementing and devising new menus as well as to enhance the food products through creative development and presentation.
2) Maintain high standard of food hygiene and safety standards in kitchen based on halal standard.
3) To provide leadership in developing talents within the culinary team through active training & planning of career advancement of the associates.
4) Coach the team with inventories, pricing and cost controls.
